RETURN POLICY

All sales are final. We do not accept returns. One-time candle fragrance exchanges are possible within 30 days from the date you received your order.

U.S. EXCHANGE POLICY

  1. Exchanges can be made for up to 30 days from the date you received your order.

  2. Fill out our Exchange Request Form.

  3. Once approved you will be supplied with a return label.

  4. Please include your order number inside of the package.

  5. All items must be in their new and original condition (candles must not have been lit).

  6. You are allowed to exchange one time only per order.

  7. As soon as we receive the return, and it has been inspected and determined it can be resold, we will issue you a store credit for the cost of the product purchased to place a new order.

**Important notice: You will be responsible for paying the postage fee on the new order.**

DAMAGED GOODS POLICY

  1. Claims for damaged goods can be made for up to 5 days from the date you received your order.

  2. Fill out our Exchange Request Form.

  3. Please submit images of the damaged goods once you receive a response.

  4. Once approved a replacement order will be submitted.
